    • We know from the Bible that God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are actual, divine Persons because Scripture gives to both the following four characteristics:

      1. Divine names

      2. Divine attributes

      3. Divine works

      4. Divine honors

    2. Divine Attributes - Attributes of God alone

    a. Omnipresence

    Whither shall I go from Thy Spirit? or whither shall I flee from Thy presence?

    If I ascend up into heaven, Thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, Thou art there.

    - Psalm 139:7-8

    b. Omniscience

    But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

    For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so, the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
