As not a bird falls to the ground without the Father's will, so in His providence, the Lord upholds creation still.

In Him we live, and move, and have our being; it is He who worketh both to will and do His pleasure full and free.

The Lord directs all things to fit a predetermined plan; We may devise our way, but God directs the steps of man.
