A city bounded by protecting walls shall stand secure; within her walls all dwell in peace for their defense is sure.

So God, His people, with His law He lovingly surrounds; and they who dwell therein shall find that loving peace abounds.

Within the safeguards of God's law, His people's chief delight is serving God and doing what is pleasing in His sight.
