The setting sun's descent proclaims the closing of each day; but sunrise marks the new day's birth in glorious array.

So Christ fulfilled God's just demands in His humility; he humbly bore His people's sins and died upon the tree.

But dawn broke forth when Christ arose - he conquered death and grave; the King of Glory reigns on high and shall His people save.
