For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. include "../doctrineincs/smallfont2.html"; ?>Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of One the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. include "../doctrineincs/smallfont2.html"; ?>For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of One shall many be made righteous. include "../doctrineincs/smallfont2.html"; ?>- Romans 5:17-19 include "../doctrineincs/scrollbot.html"; ?> include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>

As an infinite, divine Person, Jesus could pay the infinite price of sinning against an infinite God in a moment of time. For man, as a finite creature, to pay an infinite price requires infinite time. To justly pay the infinite penalty for sin, a sinner must suffer hell eternally. include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>Jesus' three-fold death is of infinite value. It is sufficient to pay the price for a countless number of sinners. As Covenant Head, Jesus' righteousness and its merits are applied to all His children in the Covenant of Grace - as Adam's sin and its punishments were applied to all His children in the Covenant of Works. include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>The necessity of being included savingly in the Covenant of Grace and in Christ's infinite, substitutionary payment is of eternal importance! Without it, we must pay the infinite price - eternally in hell. By grace, is Jesus Christ your personal Savior? "For there is none other Name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12b). include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>Jesus' death was not a martyr's death; it was far greater than a martyr's death, as shown in the following chart. No earthly judge, soldiers, or nails could bind Him to the cross; only His love for His Father's will and His people's salvation held Him there!
