- John 11:21

Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying unto Him, Lord, if Thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.

- John 11:32

What error was made by both Martha and Mary regarding the Lord's "delays" to answer prayer?

Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High.

- Psalm 50:14

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto Thy Name, O most High.

- Psalm 92:1

- Ephesians 5:20

I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?

      - Luke 18:1-8
