Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerers through Him that loved us.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

No height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The four and twenty elders fall down before Him that sat on the throne, and worship Him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

Thou art worthy, 0 Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for Thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created.

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

The Church Invisible also consists of two parts - the Church Militant and the Church Triumphant. The Church Militant is God's spiritual Church on earth. It consists of all the regenerated on earth - all those in whom God has planted spiritual life. This Godgiven, new nature (or new heart) loves God and others; it fights against the old nature which loves self-centeredness, sin, world, and Satan. Therefore all true Christians are enlisted soldiers in a spiritual war. At the moment of regeneration, they enter the Church Militant; they are attacked by, and fight against, their spiritual enemies.

While the spiritual enemies of the Church Militant are powerful, Christ as King of His Church shall strengthen and uphold all His children in the conflict. Through Christ their Head, the Church Militant shall experience a complete victory over its enemies. A glorious future awaits all true soldiers of Jesus Christ, all those who are at war against sin. The Church Militant shall end in the Church Triumphant.

The Church Triumphant is the victorious Church in heaven. There all God's elect eternally praise their God and King for the glorious victory He has accomplished for, in, and through, them. There they who enter cast their crowns at His feet. There they who have come out of the great tribulation wash their robes white in the blood of the Lamb. There they who have overcome through God's enabling grace eat of the Tree of Life in God's Paradise. In heaven there is no sinful self (old nature), sin, worldly temptation, or Satan, only perfect love to God and others (new nature), holiness, and unity.

The Westminster Confession of Faith defines the Church Visible as follows: "The visible church, which is also catholic or universal under the gospel (not confined to one nation, as before, under the law), consists of all those throughout the world that profess the true religion, together with their children; and is the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ, the house and family of God, out of which there is no ordinary possibility of salvation."
